This avoids any nasty surprises regarding the final result, since you are fully involved from the start of our collaboration. Can I pay in installments?
Of course. You can pay in three installments (including the payment of the 30% deposit at the start of your project). However, payment in installments is not available for the One Week Webstyle offer.
What services do you offer in the brand identity offer?
As part of creating your visual identity, I offer a range of services including brand strategy, logo design, selection of your colors and typographies as well as advice for using your images, and recommendations for organizing your photo shoot.
How does the process of creating my visual identity take place?
To start, we organize a free consultation after which I send you a personalized quote. Once the quote is approved, we organize a first two-hour video meeting to establish your brand strategy. Then, I present three different mood boards to help you choose your colors and typographies, before moving on to creating your logo. Once all the elements are validated, I send you all your logos, graphic elements, and graphic chart. Each step of the process is subject to your validation, as collaboration is essential to ensure the success of your project. You should plan for at least 3 video meetings to complete this process.
What are your deadlines for creating the visual identity?
The deadlines for creating your visual identity depend on your availability to organize progress points. Generally, the full process takes about 2 to 3 weeks after the quote approval, taking into account our exchanges for validations.
Is it possible to request modifications once the work has started?
The entire process is done in collaboration between you and me, so it is of course possible to request modifications until the logo is validated. Once the logo has been validated by you, any subsequent modifications will be subject to an additional cost.
I already have a precise idea of what I want. Is it possible to only create a logo?
To be perfectly honest, I am convinced that settling for only creating your logo will not necessarily help you become more visible to your customers. Also, creating a logo without a real upstream strategy is taking the risk of conveying an image that will not always be in line with the objectives of your company.

I already have my logo but I do not have a visual identity. Is it possible to create one?
In general, I work on projects from start to finish to ensure that your visual identity is coherent both on the logo design and on all your communication supports. If you are attached to your logo, I can analyze your request and we can possibly plan a “refresh” of your logo to make it more modern and more consistent with the visual identity that will be defined.
After having established a visual identity together, I would like to create my own visuals on Canva, is it possible?
Absolutely! Depending on your needs, I can create editable templates on Canva so that you are fully autonomous while ensuring that you respect the codes of your visual identity. You will simply need to plan to have the Pro version of Canva.
I need professional photos. Is it possible to guide me so that they are consistent with my visual identity?
Of course, and I highly recommend you to take professional photos! They will enhance and make your brand even more professional and unique.
Do you offer design services for printed marketing materials in addition to online visual identity?
Yes, in addition to online visual identity, I offer design services for printed marketing materials: stationery, brochures, business cards, flyers, and posters. You can consult the page dedicated to my services for more information.
My company is not yet created. Can I still use your services to create my visual identity?
I generally recommend using my services once you have defined your offers, your positioning, as well as the name of your company. This will allow us to better identify your needs and create a visual identity that perfectly matches your project from the start.
What type of website can you create?
I specialize in the creation of showcase sites, not e-commerce. However, I am flexible and can adapt to your specific requests (online reservation, online payment of services, link with a newsletter,…). These specific features can be quoted, depending on your needs and the complexity of the project.
What platform do you use for website creation?
All my websites are created on WordPress with the Elementor plugin. It’s a website builder that allows you to easily drag and drop elements on the site, which will allow you to easily take over and manage your site easily once it is online.
What are your deadlines for website creation?
The deadlines for the creation of a website depend on the number of pages and the specific features you want. We discuss all of this together during our initial call, and the creation deadlines are specified in the quote. As a general rule, for a page 100% personalized to your image, the complete process between the approval of the quote and the put online of the site (including our exchanges for the validations at each stage) requires about two weeks.
How does the process of creating my personalized website work?
First, we organize a free consultation after which I send you a personalized quote. After validation of the quote, we organize a first strategy appointment to define the objectives of each page of your website. Then, I present you with a mock-up of the page structure, then three design proposals for your homepage, and finally the design for the other pages. When everything is approved, I proceed with the WordPress integration and put your website online. Indeed, you are responsible for providing the images as well as the content of your website. However, I can give you advice to help you find suitable images and write your content. If you wish, we can also include the creation of content in the initial quote.

Yes, I can include these specific features according to your needs. The feasibility and complexity will be evaluated at the start of the process, and they will be taken into account in the initial quote.
Is it possible to request modifications once the work has begun?
The entire process is done in collaboration between you and me, so it is of course possible to request modifications until the validation of the final models. However, once the final models have been validated by you, any subsequent modification will incur an additional cost.
Will I have control over my site to modify it when it is online?
Yes, your site will be built with WordPress and Elementor, which will allow you to easily modify its content. You will have access to the dashboard, and I will guide you during a mini online training after the launch of your site to show you how to make the modifications.
However, if you wish to make changes or add sections later, I recommend that you do them in collaboration with me. This will ensure that the site remains consistent and will allow us to create durable design solutions. Please note that additional charges may apply for these modifications.
Is the content creation of my site included?
I can provide you with advice and recommendations to help you write your content independently while remaining in line with your brand image. If you prefer not to do it yourself, I can also offer you a content creation service, at an additional cost.
Do you offer website hosting services?
No, I do not offer website hosting services. However, I can recommend reliable hosting services that are suited to your needs. It is important to note that hosting your website will be an additional expense, separate from the services I provide.
