Hélène Asiain is a sophrologist with a mission to guide adults and children towards well-being and inner balance through the practice of sophrology. Her vision: taking a moment to step back from the hustle and bustle of life allows for self-healing. Sophrology enables profound and lasting personal growth. We collaborated to create a brand identity that reflects her personality, values, and the message she aims to convey.

Process
At our first meeting, I was immediately struck by the profound comparison between travel and sophrology that Hélène described to me. I then recognized myself in her approach to her profession.
I worked on three different creative axes, all related to travel, to explore the possibilities. Thus, we selected the mood board inspired by Terra Cotta.
Result
The chosen colors and atmosphere reflect a Terra Cotta universe. At a glance, one can get a sense of balance, escape, softness, and grounding. We also added a masculine touch with midnight blue to create a unisex universe.
Furthermore, the patterns reinforce the illustration of our thoughts wandering in our minds, the curves of the human body, or the various layers of our subconscious to achieve inner well-being.
